The kitchen is serviced and sanitized on a daily basis, and deep cleaning of the equipment is performed continuously on a rotating basis.
Repairs are dealt with immediately without delay by our licenced contractors who repair and service our equipment and facilities as needed.
Our comprehensive range of equipment and utensils, means that it is a; bring your food and personal utensils such as knifes, tea towels, paper towels, consumables, etc.. and we provide the rest, you are ready to go from the moment you arrive, we make sure that the kitchens are kept to the highest standards at all times.
The Kitchen Manager - The KM takes care of any issues in the kitchen, freeing you and your staff to concentrate in your production or activity, the KM is available at all times that the kitchen is operating, either on site or on call, he/she is in charge that the kitchen facilities operate efficiently, no matter how busy it is, and that all the equipment is operating, and that the work flows without any clutter.
Location - We are centrally located in the Sydney CBD.
Utensils - Pots, pans, bowls, scales, and many others, are included in the hourly rate. (subject to availability)
Equipment - The use of all the available equipment is included in the hourly rate. (subject to availability)
Storage - Included in the hourly rate are 2 fridge shelves, 1 freezer shelf and the shelf under your workstation, for the booking duration. You can hire extra storage (fridge, freezer or dry storage) for a day or longer as required.
Cleaning Materials - We provide all of the required cleaning, degreasing and sanitizing chemicals, and all the sponges, scourers, and brushes.
Waste Management - We include up to two 80 Lt rubbish bags (rubbish and recycling) included in the hourly rate, oil disposal over 2 litres will incur extra disposal charges.
Access - We have loading dock facilities with ramp access to the kitchen, we provide trolleys to carry your goods. We also have a large double door street level front entrance on Wattle street, providing quick access through the front.
Commitment - We operate under a flexible Licence Agreement, that with the exception of the long term and other limited deals, offer a commitment free Licence, meaning you only book what you need, when you need it, and you can close the account at any time, you are not tied up in a long term lease, with a high security deposit.
Short Notice Bookings - Bookings can be made at any time, but if you need to make a booking for the next day or even the same day, we can accommodate our registered clients on a moment's notice (depending on availability), short notice bookings (less than 2 business days) incur a short notice fee (SNF) processing charge.
Value for Money - Considering all the above, you will find that we offer a great alternative to operate your business in our kitchens, where 1 bill takes care of everything at very reasonable rates.
Peace of Mind - the moment you have finished your shift, your worries are over, we take over and look after the kitchen, we maintain the standard, secure the premises, repair the equipment, make sure that the refrigerated storage is safe, we deep clean and hold the fort until your next shift.
