Temp Kitchen Rent commenced operating on 1st August 2012.
The Business was founded and is operated by Gus Weinberger, who has over 34 years experience in the Hospitality Food Industry, in 1983 he founded Pasteles Bakehouse, by starting cooking in his rented 2 bedroom unit.
In 1994 his new range of Pastry Shells were awarded the Best New Product Award in the Melbourne Fine Food Exhibition, his products are sold to 5 star hotels, catering companies, restaurants, resorts and other Hospitality Industry Businesses around Australia and beyond.
Although he is no longer associated with it, Pasteles Bakehouse is a successful business operating to this day.
Gus understands commercial food production, his hands on experience in starting, building, and managing a succesful food production business that has endured for over 34 years, will enable TKR to provide a service aimed at food production efficiency.
Gus offers limited coaching and consulting services, for start up food businesses, or anyone requiring an experienced hand to help manage, organize and grow their business.
